Three Season to Four Season Sun Porch Transition

Hi All! Happy Monday!! I have been scheming to transition our sun porch from 3 season to 4 season for some time now.  We have hit the pause button on this project a few times because we are trying to foresee the big “issues” that may arise and impact the timeline and budget. However, I could reaaaaaalllly use a home office- one with a desk…and a door….that doesn’t also have to double as the dining room.  While I contemplate jumping into the project, here are some AMAZING porch pics:
