How do I place an order?
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1.888.SLD. Bags. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@saralangley.com.
How will I know if my order placed online has been received?
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at info@saralangley.com. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed. If an item is out-of-stock, we will email you to let you know what the new shipping timeframe will be. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email. If you require a rush order, please email at info@saralangley.com, or call us at 1-888-SLD-Bags.
What method of shipping do you use?
We ship via UPS for all orders shipped within the continental US. International orders are shipped via FedEX. Please contact us with any questions.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We offer several choices for gift wrap including gift wrap choices for our baby products. Our gift wrap for most products is $6.50 and includes an enclosure card with your message.
We provide complimentary custom gift wrap for all custom wedding and baby orders. Our gift certificates also arrive wrapped and ready to give for no additional charge. Please contact us via email at info@saralangley.com for all of your wrapping needs.

Where can I find more information regarding new products and promotions?
We invite you to join our mailing list by clicking on the "Email Sign-Up" link on the homepage. By providing us with your e-mail, you will receive periodic updates about our newest products and latest promotions including coupon codes to use on our site.
Where are your products made?
All Sara Langley brand products are proudly made in the USA.
What about Returns and Exchanges?
Unused items may be returned with original receipt within fourteen (14) days of confirmed receipt. Unless return is a result of manufacturer defect, shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded. We will gladly exchange your item(s) with original receipt within thirty (30) days of confirmed receipt. We will either charge you the difference in price between the item(s) being exchanged and the new item(s), or we will issue you a Sara Langley store credit for any difference that remains, less the cost of shipping the new item(s), if applicable. Please contact us with any questions regarding our policy at info@saralangley.com. Please note all custom and personalized items are non-refundable and sales are final. Additionally, gift certificates sales are final and expire in one year from the date of issue.
